JT Builds Co. ("JT Builds Co.," "we," "us") operates this website and provides web design, branding, and related services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and consultation requests, and how it's used.

Information We Collect

When you submit the consultation form on this site, we collect what you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), the services you're interested in, and any message you write. We don't collect payment information through this website — that's handled directly, in person or by invoice, once an engagement begins.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and, if we work together, to deliver and maintain the services you've engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The consultation form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that relays your submission to us by email. We also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address as part of delivering font files, and send text messages on clients' behalf through Twilio, described below. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.

Text Messages Sent on a Client's Behalf

Some clients use our Reviews or Response service, which sends a one-time text to their own customer — for example, asking for a review once a job is finished, or replying to a missed call. If you've received one of these messages, it's because a business you did work with gave us your number for that purpose. We send it through Twilio, our messaging provider, and don't use the number for anything else. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Client Content

If you engage us for ongoing website care, we may store the photos, text, and other materials you provide us in order to build and update your site. That content remains yours and is used only for the work you've asked us to do.

Data Retention

We keep consultation and client information for as long as it's useful to our working relationship, or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, as described below.

Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it directly.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
