Pricing
One number, not a menu: $97 a month covers the build, the hosting and the upkeep. No setup fee, no contract, and the figure is agreed before anything starts.
One Number
One fee covers the lot. Building the site, putting it online, and keeping it there.
Everything, in one number
Starting at $97 / month
No setup fee, no deposit, no contract. The build is included in the monthly, so you pay nothing before your site exists and nothing extra once it does.

Nothing up front. Most studios ask for a build fee of a few thousand dollars before they start. This is the same work, paid monthly instead, so the cost of getting online is a single number you can budget for. Add-ons like branding, booking, local search, and advertising are genuinely optional, and quoted on their own.
Quoted, Not Packaged
No packages to decode, and no tiers named after metals. A site that changes weekly asks more than one that stands still, so the figure is quoted personally in a single consultation and agreed in writing before any work begins.
Anything outside what we agree is quoted first. Nothing is added to an invoice after the fact.
Questions
How long does a website take?+
Days, not months. The consultation settles what the site needs to do, and once you sign off the build runs uninterrupted. The part that varies is how quickly you get me your photos and copy.
Can you connect a domain I already own?+
Yes. Connecting your domain and launching the site is included — you don't need to touch any settings yourself.
What if I don't have a domain yet?+
We'll sort one out together during the consultation — I'll help you choose it and get it registered. However it's bought, the domain is registered to your business and stays yours.
What happens after my site launches?+
Nothing changes and nothing else is due. The same monthly fee keeps it hosted, secure, backed up and maintained, and covers the small content updates you'll want — new photos, hours, prices, a few lines of copy. Month to month, with no lock-in.
What if I need changes after launch?+
Send them over. Minor updates — wording, photos, hours, prices — are part of the monthly fee, with no ticket system and no change fee. Anything substantially larger, like a redesign, a new page, or a new feature, is quoted separately before I start.
Can the site include booking or contact forms?+
Yes to both. A contact form that reaches you directly is standard; online booking is its own service, added where it fits how the business actually runs.
Is SEO included?+
The groundwork is: a fast, properly structured site that search engines can read, which is the part most small-business sites get wrong. Going further — Google Business Profile setup and local search work, so your town finds you first — is the Local Search service, agreed in your consultation.
Do you set up text and call automation?+
Yes, as an add-on — missed-call text-back and automated review requests, added when a business has a use for them rather than fitted to every site by default. If it's part of your project, it's built alongside the rest of the site.
Switching it on is a separate step. Before any business can text its customers, the phone carriers must verify its number — a registration that typically takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks and can't be rushed by anyone. I file it at sign-off, and everything else launches while it clears.
Do I own the website?+
Not outright, and I'd rather say so plainly than bury it. This is a subscription: you're paying for a website that's built, hosted and looked after, the same way you'd pay Squarespace. There's no build fee, so nothing has been paid to buy it. Stop the subscription and the site comes offline.
What is yours stays yours, always. Your domain is registered to your business and points wherever you tell it. Your words, your photographs and your logo are yours, and I'll hand them back on request so you can use them anywhere. Your Google Business Profile is yours too — I'll set it up with you or hand you the keys, whichever you'd rather.
If owning the files outright matters to you, say so at the consultation. That's a different arrangement with a build fee attached, and it's a fair thing to want.
Who owns the site once it is built takes the question apart properly — the domain, the hosting, the files and your content are four separate things, and you can check where you stand with any provider in about ten minutes.
What if I have nothing yet — no logo, no photos?+
Then we begin there. Identity and imagery can be part of the engagement. What to have ready before you hire anyone lists what genuinely helps, and what can wait.
Will my site be accessible?+
Yes — it's part of the build, not an add-on. Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, screen-reader labelling, and reduced-motion support are checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard the Department of Justice and the courts apply to business websites. This site passes it with zero violations, and yours is built the same way.
Being straight about the limit: automated testing covers a portion of that standard, not all of it. It rules out the common failures — the ones accessibility demand letters are written about — rather than certifying a site as perfect for every visitor.
Can you run ads for my business?+
Yes, as an add-on — Instagram and Google. That covers the setup, the targeting, and the graphics that go in the ads. If you'd rather run them yourself, I'll set them up, show you how each part works, and hand you the login.
The ad budget is separate. You set it, and you pay Google or Meta directly — it never goes through me, and my fee doesn't include it. What ads cost to run is your call, not a number I quote.
Do we need to meet in person?+
No. Everything runs online. The consultation is a call, and drafts, revisions, and approvals go back and forth by email or text. It's quicker that way — no travel, nothing scheduled around a drive, and the build starts the moment you sign off.
Do you work outside Massachusetts?+
Yes, in all fifty states. The work is online either way, so being down the road from Foxboro or across the country changes nothing about how the project runs.
